Who we benefit:

Reid Rescue is a licensed (both in the state of Ga and as a 501c3) small rescue that focuses on the older dog with medical needs. We are prepared to spend months to years if necessary to rehab our dogs. Most do require this. In some cases, if the dog has a terminal prognosis or will be too stressed with re-homing, it can become a permanent resident. Thanks to our large facility and halfway house, RR is able to offer quality of life type care for extended periods of time, and even full time care for the dogs life if necessary. We don't house in kennels, but instead a large half acre area with swimming pools, tons of toys, shade areas, sun areas, a deck and a heated and cooled "halfway house" which is furnished with a bed for each dog and even a chair for lounging. They have a doggie door permitting them access to inside or outside at all times. They live with each other and always have buddies to play with or snuggle with. For those who need it, we offer weekly or daily obedience training and socialization. We are designed to rehab older dogs who have suffered long term neglect/abuse, and when possible, re-home them into a forever home.

Critical Care for Animal Angels is a 501(c)3 non-profit volunteer-based organization dedicated to rescuing primarily homeless, injured or sick dogs from high-kill shelters in Georgia. We operate through a network of foster homes in the Middle Georgia area and our efforts are funded by tax-deductible contributions from kind-hearted people and organizations who care just as much as we do about making a difference. to learn more about them, visit http://ccaageorgia.wixsite.com/ccaa/about
